500 Years Defense Tower Perchtoldsdorf

3D Mapping Show

On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the defense tower in Perchtoldsdorf, Lumine Projections created an audiovisual 3D mapping show with large-scale projections onto the tower.   

The implementation referred to the essential functions of the tower, defense tower, bell tower, clock tower and church tower. The tower itself was transformed into a gigantic bell and a church window covered the entire facade.   

Particular focus was placed on the tower as the communal heart of the entire town. The sound of a heartbeat could therefore be heard at the beginning and at the end of the projection show. The projection was realised in artistic collaboration with Patrick Kong and Haselbusch.
