„Faraway so close“ - an artistic intervention on the Danube Canal. On 24 April, Lumine Projections presented on the opening event of Kultur 1 "BIN IM OZEAN! - 425 Years of yearning on the Danube Canal", Lumine Projections presented a projection on 4 sails at the "Floating Gardens" - Kaiserbadschleuse on the Danube Canal.

In the style of sailing ships, sails were stretched out on the Kaiserbadschleuse, orientated in the four cardinal directions. These served as a projection surface for the cultural and socio-political symbolism associated with the directions. The installation was accompanied acoustically by the poem "The Sea" by Jules Michelin, translated into Morse code.
